Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista / Waitress to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and service areas.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Support daily café operations, including restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or Waitress preferred (training may be provided).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
