• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, and refreshments.
• Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards with attention to quality and presentation.
• Greet clients and visitors warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist clients with beverage selections and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Serve hot dishes, pastries, and refreshments in accordance with established service guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas and refreshment stations.
• Monitor and replenish beverage and coffee inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards under company policies and regulations.
