About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and energetic Female Barista / Waitress to join our café team. The candidate should be skilled in preparing specialty coffee, smoothies, and light breakfast bites, while also delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee, smoothies, and light breakfast items.
• Operate specialty coffee machines and create coffee artwork (latte art).
• Welcome and attend to customers with friendly and professional service.
• Take, serve, and deliver orders efficiently — including delivering orders to customers’ cars outdoors for pickups.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café at all times.
• Assist in daily café operations and support the team when needed.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with prior experience as a barista or waitress.
• Skilled in preparing specialty coffee and basic café menu items.
• Experienced in operating specialty coffee machines and performing coffee art.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Dubai
