Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Barista & Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, mocktails, and fresh juices.
• Take customer orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter, tables, and service areas.
• Operate POS systems to process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist in restocking supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and packaging materials.
• Provide menu recommendations and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and gaming staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista, waiter/waitress, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in food safety or barista training.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Passion for gaming/snooker culture is a plus!
