Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks, cocktail juice) following standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, answering questions, and recommending menu items.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at the workstation and service area.
• Assist with bakery product upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; notify management of shortages.
• Follow health and safety guidelines as per UAE food handling standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service/food & beverage role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
