Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Female Tea Maker / Bubble Tea Specialist to prepare and serve our range of teas, including milk teas, fruit teas, and specialty bubble tea beverages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about tea, and experienced in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of teas, including bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty beverages.
• Handle and prepare toppings (boba, jellies, pearls, etc.) with precision and hygiene.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the tea station.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with menu choices.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tea Maker / Bubble Tea Specialist or in a similar F&B role.
• Strong knowledge of bubble tea preparation and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
