About the Role:

We are opening a fully equipped home-based specialty coffee shop in Abu Dhabi, designed to serve customers through a drive-thru concept.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Male Barista who has strong interest and experience in filter coffee (especially V60), along with basic barista skills for espresso and other beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality filter coffee (V60 and other methods).
• Prepare espresso-based drinks, and specialty smoothies (açaí, matcha, hibiscus, etc.).
• Greet and interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Manage stock, supplies, and basic cashier duties.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• Previous barista experience (0–1 year minimum, filter coffee experience preferred).
• Knowledge of filter brewing techniques (especially V60).
• Ability to join immediately.
• Good communication skills and customer service attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be located in Abu Dhabi.
