Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and Cremglasse specialty items (including gelato pairings or dessert beverages if required).
• Maintain deep product knowledge of beans, blends, gelato flavors, and menu offerings.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with recommendations and upselling — including flavor suggestions, toppings, and pairings.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain organization, order, and cleanliness of the barista station and serving areas.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients, milk, syrups, cups, and related supplies.
• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and food-handling protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations.
• Represent Cremglasse brand values through communication, behavior, and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Barista experience preferred, ideally in a café, dessert shop, or specialty beverage environment.
• Knowledge of espresso-based drinks and basic latte art is an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic numeric skills for cash handling.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Physical & Work Conditions:

• Must be able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must comply with Cremglasse grooming and uniform standards.
