Job description:

• Supervise bar staff during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to bartenders and bar backs.
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
• Assist in creating staff schedules and managing shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and deliveries.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and POS operations are followed accurately.
• Assist in menu planning and development, including cocktails and promotions.
• Work closely with the management team to meet sales targets and improve bar performance.
