Job Summary
The Banking Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, and other financial services. The role involves generating leads, conducting customer meetings, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting monthly sales targets as per bank guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire potential customers for banking products (Credit Cards/Personal Loans/Accounts).
- Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor activities, referrals, and networking.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per compliance and bank policy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company or banking partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
- Follow up with customers on application status and ensure smooth processing.
- Coordinate with bank representatives, operations, and backend teams for case approvals.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality, compliance, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banking sales (Credit Cards/PL preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of UAE banking products and documentation.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
