The Banking Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling Bank products to eligible customers. This role involves field and in-store sales activities, lead generation, and closing sales, with a focus on achieving monthly targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies and product guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell loan to individuals through direct sales.
  • Approach potential customers in malls, offices, residential areas, and other approved locations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Collect and verify customer documents as per bank requirements (KYC).
  • Ensure accurate and complete application forms and documentation.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Submit applications on time and follow up until card issuance.
  • Provide post-sales customer service and support as needed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in handling objections.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of credit card features and benefits.
  • Basic understanding of banking procedures and compliance.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in credit card or financial product sales (preferably in the UAE).

Working Hours:

  • 6 days a week (Sunday off)
  • 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (may vary based on location or team)
  • High School Certificate / Bachelor’s Degree.
  • UAE experience in Deem credit card sales is an advantage.
  • Must have a professional attitude and be presentable.
