Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and update databases accurately.
- Handle internal documentation, file management, and report generation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
- Support logistics teams with clerical tasks.
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and basic reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
