Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and update databases accurately.
  • Handle internal documentation, file management, and report generation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
  • Support logistics teams with clerical tasks.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and basic reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree
  • Fresher can also apply
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
