Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the inventory of automotive parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability for workshop operations, accurate stock records, and efficient material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts, tools, and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue parts and tools to workshop technicians as required.
• Monitor and reorder stock to avoid shortages or excess.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely purchase of materials.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store area.
• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation.
• Support workshop operations by ensuring parts are available on time.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and workshop operations.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with technicians.
• Basic computer skills for stock management systems.
