Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Workshop Manager to lead and manage daily operations of a small but busy automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and effective team management and workflow planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations and workflow planning
• Supervise, train, and motivate technicians and support staff
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs
• Diagnose complex automotive issues and provide technical guidance
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the workshop
• Manage parts procurement both locally and overseas to ensure timely job execution
• Manage inventory, tools, and spare parts
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service approvals professionally
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and workshop performance
• Supply accurate financial reporting and critical information to Managing Director for review
• Coordinate with suppliers and service advisor to create efficient process flows

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant technical certification or diploma (preferred)
