Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns, service requirements, and complaints.
  • Inspect vehicles visually and gather technical details from customers for accurate diagnosis.
  • Prepare job cards, service estimates, and obtain customer approval for repairs.
  • Coordinate between customers, technicians, and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow up on vehicle repair status and update customers regularly.
  • Explain recommended repairs, pricing, and service options clearly to customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after repair and conduct final quality checks.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, invoices, and documentation.
  • Promote additional services and maintenance packages when appropriate.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall workshop efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of cars and diagnostic processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to prepare job cards, estimates, and handle billing software.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (English and Hindi preferred).
