About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our premium/luxury car service team. As the face of our service department, you will ensure our high-end clients receive world-class service from the moment they walk in to the moment their vehicle is returned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with professionalism and warmth
• Accurately assess service needs and document customer concerns
• Communicate service details, costs, and timelines clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Maintain regular updates with customers throughout the service process
• Review completed services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional services and maintenance packages where appropriate

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
