Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Cashier, based in Sharjah. The Automotive Cashier will handle customer transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate cash flow management. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining records, issuing invoices/receipts, and managing customer interactions with professionalism. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure smooth payment procedures and assisting with customer queries to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting and cash handling abilities
- Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and payment procedures is an advantage
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training/certifications in bookkeeping or related field is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
