About the Role

Carpi Auto Service Center is seeking an experienced Auto Spare Parts Specialist/Supervisor to manage our parts inventory, streamline purchasing, and ensure the availability of quality spare parts for all service needs. This role is integral to our mission of providing top-notch automotive services by ensuring that parts are accurately sourced, stored, and allocated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive spare parts
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
• Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and optimize costs
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for all parts received and used
• Coordinate with the workshop team to provide timely parts for repairs and services

Qualifications

• UAE experience is required; strong knowledge of the local automotive market
• Valid UAE driving license
• Fluent in Arabic
• Well-versed in spare parts, with a focus on German and Japanese car brands
