We are looking for an expert Auto Spare Parts Counter Sales Specialist to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will be a technical authority with a strong sales background, capable of accurately identifying and selling parts and accessories for a diverse range of European, American, and Asian vehicles. This role requires precision, product expertise, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Parts Identification & Sales: Accurately identify and locate the correct parts and accessories for customers using physical catalogs, Electronic Parts Catalogs , VIN lookups, and chassis numbers for all major European, American, and Asian vehicle makes.
  • Customer Service & Consulting: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail and trade customers (in-person and over the phone), providing technical advice, recommending parts, and presenting alternatives (OEM vs. aftermarket) to meet their needs.
  • Order and Inventory Management: Process customer orders and payments accurately, manage special orders, track back-ordered items, and assist with daily inventory organization, stocking, and display merchandising.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain clean, orderly counter areas, keep accurate records of all sales and customer transactions, and handle part returns and warranty processes efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in auto spare parts counter sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of automotive parts, mechanical systems, and accessories across European, American, and Asian vehicle.
  • Catalog Proficiency: Proven ability to efficiently use digital and physical parts catalogs to cross-reference and locate parts by part number, VIN, and description.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effective sales, excellent customer handling, and problem-solving abilities.
