What you´ll do

  • Implement and drive the Key Account Strategy within the assigned territory.
  • Develop deep market insights by understanding current and potential customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and applicators, offering solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Generate leads and engage directly with main contractors to secure business deals.
  • Achieve sales targets through both direct sales (contractors) and indirect sales (applicators/traders).
  • Take full ownership of pricing and profitability to deliver sales ambitions.
  • Drive portfolio growth by securing product approvals in collaboration with marketing and specification teams.
  • Report to the Segment Manager with clear business insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Promote Henkel’s vision, values, and leadership culture through daily actions and interactions.
