Job Summary

The Assistant Team Leader – Credit Card Sales supports the Team Leader in managing internal sales operations, monitoring team performance, and ensuring achievement of assigned credit card sales targets. This role is fully office-based and focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Leader in achieving monthly and quarterly credit card sales targets.
  • Support, guide, and motivate sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, lead allocation, and conversion ratios.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and strict compliance with bank and company policies.
  • Conduct regular team briefings, product knowledge sessions, and performance feedback.
  • Track individual and team KPIs and prepare sales performance reports for management.
  • Handle internal escalations related to documentation, approvals, or processing issues.
  • Coordinate with operations, credit, and support teams to ensure smooth case processing.
  • Act as Team Leader in their absence and maintain continuity of operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in credit card or banking sales, preferably in the UAE.
  • Prior experience in assisting or mentoring a sales team is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Initial Salary: AED 4,000 – 5000 per month
