Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives in achieving their personal and team sales targets.
  • Promote and sell cards & personal loan products to individual customers.
  • Develop sales strategies and monitor performance metrics.
  • Train, motivate, and support team members for higher productivity.
  • Generate leads through field activity, cold calling and referrals.
  • Build and manage lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (UAE or home country).
  • Proven leadership skills or previous experience as a team leader/supervisor.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Strong target-driven mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Must be currently based in UAE and available for in-person interviews.
