Position: Assistant Store Supervisor
Location: Dubai (Store-based)
Reports to: Store Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure staff follow service standards, safety, and hygiene rules.
• Guide the team on product knowledge, promotions, and customer service.
• Handle guest requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support cash handling, tip management, and accurate reporting.
• Complete shift reports and checklists, and coordinate with other departments.
• Lead by example in teamwork, problem-solving, and stress management.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ hospitality/restaurant supervision experience.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Good communication in English (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends and under pressure.
