Job Description
  • Check the shop’s condition and be ready to open and close every day.
  • Take care of product arrangement (Display / Merchandising) to be in accordance with company standards.
  • Check the cleanliness, safety and orderliness of the sales area.
  • Help plan staff schedules
  • Monitor employee performance to ensure service standards are met.
  • Solve immediate problems for customers, provide product recommendations, and control service quality.
  • Restock when supplies are low, control expired or damaged products.
Job Requirements
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience in retail/shop/restaurant/service business will be given special consideration.
  • Experience in store management or team management — supervising employees, shift schedules, evaluations, etc.
  • Good at solving immediate problems, making decisions
