Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
  • Organize and store items in designated locations for easy retrieval.
  • Issue materials to departments based on approved requests.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all items.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify the purchasing team when replenishment is needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store/warehouse area.
  • Prepare reports on stock movements, shortages, and damaged items.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
