Full job description

  • Receiving & Dispatch: Accepting deliveries, verifying against orders, inspecting for damage, preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
  • Inventory Management: Organizing stock, ensuring proper storage, conducting stock takes (audits), managing low-stock items, and updating records (physical and digital).
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate files for invoices, requisitions, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
  • Issuing Materials: Processing requests for items, issuing them to relevant personnel, and updating stock levels.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Keeping the store area clean, organized, and adhering to safety standards; participating in safety drills.
  • Coordination: Liaising with procurement, operations, and other departments to ensure material availability.
