Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Assistant Security Manager to overseeing daily security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the security team, enforcing policies, and responding effectively to incidents in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily security operations across the property
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and local regulations
  • Supervise, train, and guide security officers and shift supervisors
  • Prepare duty rosters, incident reports, and daily security logs
  • Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper access control
  • Handle incidents involving safety, theft, disturbances, or emergencies
  • Coordinate with local authorities (police, civil defense, ambulance) when required
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security standards are maintained
  • Support fire life safety procedures and emergency response drills
  • Assist in investigations and recommend corrective actions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hotel, hospitality
  • Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of UAE security regulations, safety, and emergency procedures
  • Ability to lead teams and manage shifts effectively
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control
  • Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, reporting systems)
