What you will do

  • Oversee daily security operations across the hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests, residents, and employees.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the security team while maintaining exceptional service and professional conduct at all times.
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential safety gaps and implement proactive solutions.
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures, safety drills, and crisis readiness in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and security protocols, including CCTV and access control systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support VIP movements, special events, and operational needs requiring security oversight.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in a hotel security leadership role within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai safety laws, emergency procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams confidently.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive situations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent operational needs as required.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language.
