Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team at Ecoleaf Detergents and Disinfectants Trading LLC. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling detergents, disinfectants, or similar products—especially within the HYGIENE & LAUNDRY industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads within the HoReCa and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
- Conduct regular field visits to promote products, provide demonstrations, and close sales deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product proposals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Train, supervise, and motivate a small sales team (as needed)
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required
- Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in detergents and disinfectants sales
- Experience in the HYGIENE & LAUNDRY industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and field sales operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage a small team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Fluency in English, & Hindi, Arabic ( optional)
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, E mail communications
Must be able to join ASAP.
