Job Description


Revenue Strategy & Management

  • Lead revenue management initiatives for the property, optimising occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.

Distribution & Channel Optimisation

  • Manage all online and offline distribution channels to maximise revenue and market visibility.
  • Ensure content accuracy and rate parity across OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
  • Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance channel performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse guest segmentation, booking patterns, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies with promotions, campaigns, and guest experience initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to operational teams on revenue-driven decisions, pricing, and packaging.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in revenue management or related analytics within luxury, lifestyle, or resort properties.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills; proficiency in revenue management tools and Excel.
  • Knowledge of GCC hospitality markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for optimising revenue and driving property performance.
