We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.
• Supervise and support staff to maintain high service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating staff.
• Support in achieving sales targets and cost control.

Requirements:

• Female candidate based in Dubai.
• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality (minimum 2 years in a supervisory/assistant manager role).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
