Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Dubai. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. They will also be responsible for training new employees, handling customer complaints, and implementing strategies to improve service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Speaking Arabic adds an additional advantage
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
