Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations.

- Assist in developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies,procedures,and quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment,promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry,preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Strong organizational,communication,and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
