  • Managing and overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Manage staff members and help train new hires in proper procedures and protocols.
  • Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members to ensure proper coverage and efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the restaurant has sufficient stock to operate.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Implement new policies and procedures as directed by upper management, and ensure staff members adhere to them.
  • Assist with menu planning and food service operations, ensuring high-quality products and presentation.
  • Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including tracking sales and expenses and creating reports for upper management.
