Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic nursing procedures and patient care under RN supervision.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer oral medications and assist with wound care (as permitted and trained).
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and hygiene in the home environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Follow care plans and adhere to Medly’s high standards of service and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), GNM, ANM, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare or clinical nursing preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
