We are seeking an experienced and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to support the marketing operations of our aesthetic clinic in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of aesthetic/beauty industry marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, and brand-building. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Manage social media content, posting schedules, and engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies for marketing materials.
- Support lead generation activities, including paid ads, promotions, and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Assist in planning monthly offers, promotions, and brand activities.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print materials.
- Manage influencer collaborations, PR activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends.
- Support internal marketing activities such as events, open days, and product launches.
- Coordinate with the sales and clinical team to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in an aesthetic, beauty, dermatology, or wellness clinic.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CRM systems, etc.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign results
