Job Overview:

The role supports the management of daily security operations across Emirates NBD Group premises. It ensures that all personnel, systems, and processes function efficiently and comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and authority regulations. The position provides leadership to the security team, supports incident management and compliance, and contributes to maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily security operations across all sites, ensuring staff are deployed effectively and operations run smoothly according to set procedures and standards.
  • Monitor incident handling and reporting, ensuring timely escalation, proper investigation, and completion of follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure all operations follow approved SOPs, security policies, and local authority regulations. Support compliance reviews and help maintain audit readiness.
  • Assist in preparing sites for audits and inspections, identify operational risks, and work with risk and compliance teams to close gaps or issues found.
  • Review current operational practices, suggest improvements, and help align security operations across all locations for better consistency and efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • College under-graduate with relevant certifications in physical security, or a related field.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in security systems or project management are preferred. Knowledge of performance metrics in security preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably within the banking or corporate sector.
  • Proven experience in supervising security teams, managing incidents, and liaising with authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security operations, incident management, and access control.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of security procedures, emergency response, and risk management.
  • Proficient in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
