We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to lead and support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in interior, exterior, building materials, or construction sectors. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills to drive business growth and achieve company sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities in interior, exterior, building material, and construction sectors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors’ activities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with management and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide training, motivation, and guidance to sales executives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leading sales role, preferably in interior/exterior/building material/construction industries.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
