Full job description

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
• Supervise train and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support sales targets promotions and upselling strategies
• Monitor inventory levels stock replenishment and merchandising standards
• Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness meet brand standards
• Handle opening and closing procedures when required
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist in performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards
• Step in as Acting Manager in the absence of the Store Manager

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
