FiaFia Dubai is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead our Soft Play Area, Birthday Parties and F&B. If you have a talent for a team leadership and love for building joyful environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and manage the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, fun, and outstanding service within the play areas.
• Design and implement engaging activities and events to make every visit memorable.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in managing a soft play area or a similar venue.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, enthusiastic approach.
