The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys (SZPAB) is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our HR office. The role involves assisting with recruitment, staffing, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and ADEK regulations.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters, manage employee records and HR systems, and support visa, licensing, and insurance processes. You will also play a key role in maintaining HR policies, preparing employment documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding and exit procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, ideally in a school or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HR compliance processes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
