Assistant HR

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support recruitment activities for a fast-growing real estate company. The role requires hands-on expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed, along with CV shortlisting and conducting initial screening interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job alerts
  • Screen and shortlist CVs based on role requirements
  • Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video calls
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases
  • Prepare basic HR documentation and assist with onboarding processes
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks as required

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination within real estate or related industries
  • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn & Indeed sourcing and job posting
  • Strong understanding of CV screening and interview techniques
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
