We are Eco Pure Technical Services seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager housekeeping staff. The role is responsible for ensuring hygiene across the facility while maintaining high operational standards.
Supervise housekeeping staff.
Plan and schedule housekeeping operations to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
Manage vendor contracts for cleaning services.
Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses housekeeping operations.
Train staff on hygiene standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in facilities management, housekeeping
Minimum 5 years of experience housekeeping management, preferably in residential & commercial property management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and enforce discipline.
Good communication and reporting skills.
