Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily operations with a focus on consistency
- Ensure smooth flow between kitchen, bar and floor to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Lead by example with a calm, hands-on presence and strong attention to detail
- Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration and continuous growth within the team
- Maintain ROKA’s high standards through thoughtful planning and daily execution
