Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team for smooth operation
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Ensure consistent and efficient service is provided by well trained team to our guests
- Oversee the implementation of a training plan for all food & beverage team members
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Maintains a presence in the outlets during operating hours
- Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging employees to continuously deliver the best possible service and to provide feedback and suggestions
- To drive the performance of the food & beverage team members, including completion of performance appraisals, coaching counselling and performance management in conjunction with People & Culture
- To provide support to the F&B Director in strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive excellence in the Food & Beverage department
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Previous experience with 5 Star International Brand in a complex F&B Operations will be preferred
- Should have eye to details and focus on quality results in terms of service
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
