Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly/annual reports, budgets, and forecasts; monitor financial performance; analyze variances.
  • Operational Support: Oversee daily cash handling, General Ledger, Income Audit, and Accounts Payable/Receivable processes.
  • Compliance & Control: Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, financial regulations, and internal controls; support audits.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise finance staff, provide training, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Profit Maximization: Partner with hotel departments to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities, supporting owners’ ROI.
  • Systems & Accuracy: Maintain data integrity in financial systems (like Opera, Micros), ensuring precision in all transactions.
  • Hospitality Focus: Deliver exceptional guest service, maintain brand standards, and act as a trusted financial advisor.

Qualifications


Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience in hospitality finance (GL, Income Audit).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software.
  • Leadership potential and a detail-oriented mindset.
