Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Location: City Seasons Hotel, Dubai

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations across restaurants, banquets, and room service.
  • Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service.
  • Assist with inventory, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
  • Support planning of menus, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years in a supervisory F&B role (hotel experience preferred).
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
