Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Location: City Seasons Hotel, Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across restaurants, banquets, and room service.
- Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service.
- Assist with inventory, cost control, and budgeting.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Support planning of menus, promotions, and events.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in a supervisory F&B role (hotel experience preferred).
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
