Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential building. This role is ideal for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates who want to start their career in Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating maintenance activities for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Attend and follow up on resident service requests.
- Assist in inspections of common areas and building services.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Support health, safety, and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and building services preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in Facilities Management.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of MEP systems
- MS Office knowledge
- Team player with positive attitude
