Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will support in daily preparation, baking, and presentation of high-quality baked goods. This role requires passion for baking, precision in following recipes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings according to recipes and specifications.
• Operate baking equipment safely (mixers, ovens, sheeters, etc.) and maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support in preparing and decorating cookies, brownies, cakes, and desserts.
• Help with inventory management: measuring ingredients, labeling, and proper storage.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with kitchen regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to execute daily production schedules.
