Natyam Arts Center is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Admin & Accountant Executive (Part-time) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while handling administrative and accounting tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Answer phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling classes, transportation, meetings, and events.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Handle monthly fee collections and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Must be on own visa.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
- Prior admin/accounting experience is preferred.
