Natyam Arts Center is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Admin & Accountant Executive (Part-time) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while handling administrative and accounting tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling classes, transportation, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Handle monthly fee collections and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Must be on own visa.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.
  • Prior admin/accounting experience is preferred.
